I usually don't get along well with Lowe's at all, even with the customer service headquarter. However this one, specifically the appliances associates and the cashier get my 5 stars for being Smart, efficient and humorous, made the whole process so much easier and faster. I feel the overall staffs are very well trained as well, will have to find out more next time. They were honest and helpful even for a humbly priced item. The best Lowe's experience of ALL in MD so far, Pretty impressive!

All the associate that we had an interaction with were very helpful and knowledgeable. Frank at hardware took his time and helped us find what we were looking for.
I am very happy with the service at Lowes. Company policy towards customers is above average. Hugh difference then my last 2 visits to the competition. Employees seem to care if you find things.
Needed a trailer tire almost at closing...had a flat on the side of the road...customer service was exceptional...richard went above and beyond to help.
fyi. my visit was around 4:30-5:00 pm, the whole store was exceptionally pleasant.
I have always found the help I needed to complete or start a new project here for good prices! Staff is helpful and knowledgeable!
